World Savvy offers curriculum that teachers can pair with their own lessons. With equity in mind, this organization tailors its work to the needs of specific classrooms and schools.

One of the world’s leading independent organizations dedicated to protecting the human rights of people around the world. This resource teaches curious minds about the different ways in which human rights are upheld and denigrated. This organization conducts research and highlights abuses around the world. Require students to do their own research and analyze the information presented on this site. This site is useful for learning about potential violations on a global scale. Remember to examine bias in any source of information.

United Nations, an international organization, designed goals necessary for a sustainable global future for all. Use these goals not only to discuss literature and life but also to encourage thoughtful civic engagement that sees and makes connections between home and abroad.

Invite intercultural connections and problem-solving through global videoconference exchanges for students. Extend your classroom and develop students' perspective-taking by having students communicate with students around the world. Consider how this organization defines "dialogue" and "dialogue-based pedagogy." There are different portals for teachers and students throughout the week. Be sure to prepare students by giving cultural and intellectual context before engaging with fellow global citizens.
